Thanks to all of you who regularly look at this blog. Today marks 183 days, or half way through my year long love-fest with Scottsdale. This began as an Arizona Centennial project on Feb. 14th, AZ's 100th birthday and Valentine's Day. Many people live in Scottsdale, but don't know the richness of the culture. Some see Scottsdale only as a "Snottsdale" shopping mecca or suburb of Phoenix. I'm hoping the 100 or so of you that read this everyday see Scottsdale as more than that. I have had 12,273 page views so far from all over the globe. It is not surprising that I have viewers in Sweden, Switzerland, Belgium or Germany, as I have exchange family there, but my second largest viewership outside of the USA is Russia. Hello, Russia. Come visit Scottsdale!!! Yesterday, I added Finland. I never thought committing to a daily blog would be difficult, as the first 60 days were easy, but some days I struggle. This summer, since I haven't been in Scottsdale, I appreciate help from my husband, Bob, and friends Noan and Jim E. and my guest photographers, Kelly, Vicki, Pat, Julie, Tobe, Thomas, Linda, Denise, and Scottsdale Public Art. More flora, fauna, history, events, landscapes, hiking, public art, architecture, dining, and recreation are queuing up for the next 183 days. C-U-N-AZ.
