Do you enjoy looking at the clouds to find some recognizable shape? As I looked at this top cactus, I saw a dragon. It takes some imagination, maybe squinting. And when you look at the pads of this prickly pear cactus, does they look like a cow's tongue? The "Cow's Tongue" variety of the Endelmann cactus grows well in Scottsdale, producing beautiful flowers in the spring, and the abundant fruit seen in the second cactus. But don't lick the Cow's Tongue fruit!!!
