Hoover Hikes the 'Hood

Hoover, the eight year old camel in our neighborhood, was out for a hike today with his owners.  They are the same neighbors that walk their black llamas, Pongo and Eli, along with their white horse, Whisper.  (See blog of Sept. 17th and March 30th.)  Hoover is very friendly, loves children and their llama, Eli.  They are teaching him to not spit, but unfortunately, that is what camels do.  Otherwise, he is an easy pet except for the huge shovel she carries behind him when he walks called the Hoover Scooper.
