February in Scottsdale means al fresco dining, and this is how we do it. We meander over to AJ's Grill at lunchtime and order ourselves a grilled salmon sandwich or maybe a Kobe beef burger with green chiles and bacon. We grab a raspberry iced tea from the deli inside, and what-the-heck, we grab a little pastry from the bakery for dessert, too. Then we sit on the sunny patio and eat our lovely lunch. And while we listen to the birds chirp and gaze upon the bubbling fountain, we discuss how hard the horrible weather must be for our relatives back in Chicago.
