Century Plant Revisited

Golden-flowered agave flowers grow on a tree-like stalk.  Each stem has a flattened, terminal cluster of about 300 flowers.  These agave on Camelback Road love the partial shade of the Palo Verde trees, and the birds and bees that pollinate their flowers.
