Twisted Lizard Restaurant

Food tastes better when dining al fresco.  At the Twisted Lizard on McDowell Mt. Ranch Road and 105th St., the patio is perfect much of the year with heaters for chilly evenings, and patio misters for warm ones.  Some restaurants have the dining right on a busy street or parking lot, but here, the experience is relatively quiet, with gorgeous views of the McDowells.  Great happy hour choices and specials add to the pleasant experience.  And the art!!!  Masters of modern art have been tweaked to include the lovely, twisted lizard, like this Matisse.
