Scottsdale has a special style, and you can see it all at the WM Phoenix Open. Classic golf attire requires loud and outrageous pants. Scottsdale women don skimpy tops with studs and bling to accent their décolletage. Many local males (and Snowbirds) wear t-shirts or polo shirts with khaki cargo shorts. I'm not sure why, but quite a few women wear high heels. Sun glasses are essential for all, and almost everyone over thirty wears a hat. It only gets better when we add Scottsdale western wear this week for the Parada del Sol. Keep your sunglasses handy.
