March is perfect weather for the Scottsdale Arts Festival where you can see 200 juried artists, eat forbidden fair food such as Greek Gyros and Indian Fry Bread, and listen to over 22 bands, under blue sun-filled skies. This double booth belongs to one of my favorite artists, Marla Baggetta.
